IT'S ALMOST HERE! 
We are now just 4 days away from the final season of the show that has revolutionized TV and what spectacle means for the small screen. Accordingly, we are shifting our focus solely on Game of Thrones for the next several weeks.
There's a lot of ground to cover in this episode: some predictions, what Thrones means to the television landscape, the fan experience, our own life experiences, and a lot more.

Spring sports season is a busy one! NCAA Tournament is in full swing, MLB is starting up, the NBA playoffs are right around the corner and even the NFL is making headlines with some big free agency moves and the upcoming draft.
We cover it all (well, some of it) in this week's episode. We talk the waves the Browns are making, which NBA draft prospects we're looking forward to seeing in the tournament, touch on LeBron and his most recent free agent decision and debate what it's going to take to break the free agency system and payroll disparity in baseball.

Hailed as a return to form, season three of True Detective wrapped up recently and we did a deep dive to see if the critical praise holds up. Spoiler alert: it does. 
We examine what this season did best, what it did better than the first season and do a quick examination of what went so wrong with season two.
Lingering question for this week: Where will the next season of True Detective take place?

Once again we dip into the Nerd Files to talk about the various ways Hollywood bungles the video game genre of movies and tv. Be it the wrong game, the wrong interpretation or simply misreading the audience for a particular title, there are simply more bad than good game adaptations. 
We also discuss some non video game movies and give a quick list of things we'd like to see get a proper adaptation. We then wrap up with some entertainment that feels like you're playing a game.
